Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Employment: Full-time and flexible part-time roles available
Location: Metro Detroit area
Reports To: Management and Care Coordinators
Role Summary: Caregivers and home care aides provide non-medical support to clients in the comfort of their homes. This role may include personal assistance, companion care, respite support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and other approved care plan tasks.
Core Duties:
- Provide respectful support with daily living activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Support client safety, comfort, and independence
- Follow each client’s approved care plan
- Communicate updates or concerns to the office team
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and client confidentiality
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous home care, caregiving, CNA, direct care, or related experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Transportation Support Assistant
Employment: Full-time and flexible part-time roles available
Location: Metro Detroit area
Reports To: Management and Care Coordinators
Role Summary: Transportation support assistants help clients get to appointments, errands, grocery shopping, community activities, and other approved destinations safely and on time. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, responsible, and professional.
Core Duties:
- Provide safe and reliable transportation support
- Assist clients in and out of vehicles when appropriate
- Help clients travel to appointments, errands, and approved activities
- Communicate schedule updates or concerns to the office team
- Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
- Follow company policies and client service guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Previous caregiving or transportation experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- Strong communication and time management skills
